Moataz Gomaa

Eng. Moataz Gomaa is a Consultant and Trainer in the fields of Management, Performance Improvement, Maintenance Management systems, and Soft Skills. His experience of twenty five plus years, up to management positions in several projects, covers several areas in several industries.

He got his B.sc in Electrical Engineering in 1992 and his post graduate studies in Management from the American University in Cairo in 2003. He is CAPM certified, holder of Dale Carnegie “Art of Training” certification, and he is Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) from Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) in USA. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB). In the field of personality profiles and human factor, He is MBTI certified Practitioner and Certified DISC Coach.

He participated in major regional projects through multinational corporations that required the integration of diverse technologies and complex management structures in which he utilized his unique combined experience of technical and management fields. He delivered his courses in the Middle East region, Malaysia, Indonesia, USA, Russia, and online. The topics covered Maintenance and Reliability Management, HSE and industrial safety Business Process Management and Process Improvement, Effective Business and Technical Report Writing (in Arabic and English), and Performance Improvement topics. He participated as a consultant in developing wide range of operation manuals, SOPs, International tenders, training programs, technical evaluations, and organizational restructuring. He delivered his courses in Governmental sector, Industrial sectors, banking, Health Management and much more.

He also delivered numerous Soft Skills and Management courses in general or specially tuned for technical professions such as Effective Time Management, Meeting Management, Presentation Skills, Essential Leadership Skills, and others.

His training methodology depends on high interactivity, engagement of participants and relating all theoretical concepts to practical activities, and usage of actual case studies that enable participants to immediately apply these new concepts and tools into their work.
